Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PEAK TECH SOLUTIONS LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as “Peak Tek” (“Peak Tek”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at peak-tek.com (the “Site”) and our software consulting services.
1. Controller and contact
PEAK TECH SOLUTIONS LLC, 645 NE 125th Street, Suite 201-F, North Miami, FL 33161, USA. Privacy contact: info@peak-tek.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or request a proposal, we receive your name, email address, company, and whatever else you choose to include in your message.
- Engagement information. For clients, we process business contact details, billing information, and project documentation such as proposals, statements of work, and invoices.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps for security and reliability purposes.
We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising trackers on the Site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the Site to load and function. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
4. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and prepare proposals and statements of work.
- To deliver, support, and improve the services we are engaged to perform.
- To issue invoices and process payments.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and keep records required by law.
Our legal bases, where the GDPR or similar laws apply, are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business.
5. Client data during projects
When we access systems or datasets belonging to a client, we act as a processor or service provider on that client’s instructions and under the confidentiality terms of the applicable statement of work or data processing agreement. We access client data only as needed to perform the engagement, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models without the client’s written instruction.
6. Service providers we rely on
We share personal information only with vendors that help us operate, and only as needed: email and productivity providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles card details directly; we do not store full card numbers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and members of our delivery teams are located in Latin America. Personal information may therefore be processed outside your country, under contractual safeguards with the relevant parties.
8. Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months, and contracts, invoices, and tax records for at least seven (7) years as required by U.S. law. Project materials are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable support period afterwards, then deleted or returned on request.
9. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege credentials, and vetted infrastructure providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep our safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Florida and other U.S. state residents may also have rights to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, email info@peak-tek.com; we respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The version published on this page with the “Last updated” date above is the version in effect; material changes will be reflected here.
